The goal of this policy
Based on Article 84 of the Corporate Governance Regulations issued by the Capital Market Authority, Abha International Private Hospital Company was keen to implement what was stated in the regulation, in addition to enhancing institutional culture, integrity, and commitment to ethical principles and values.
This policy also aims to increase the confidence and reassurance of the people concerned in raising any issues of real importance without fear of the reactions of the other party suspected or accused of involvement in such cases and taking these issues seriously in investigation and punishment.
Persons concerned with this policy
All employees of Abha Global Private Hospital Company, including the executive management team, senior managers and permanent and temporary employees, and also applies to clients, members of the public, agency staff, external consultants, suppliers and vendors (together referred to as “Relevant Persons”) in this policy for those who may become Familiarity with any type of violations/crimes within the company.
Scope of this policy
- Suspicion of a violation/crime.
- A crime has already been committed, has been committed or is likely to be committed (including but not limited to: harassment, theft, fraud and bribery).
- Non-compliance with legal obligations whether arising from statute, rules, regulations or contracts.
- Threatening the health or safety of any individual under threat, or potentially at risk of death
- Damage caused or likely to be caused to the environment that falls within the scope of the company
- Intentional concealment, or potential concealment of, any of the above
